As I was studying, the thought of ice cream on a hot Summer (or is it Spring?) day was really all I could think about. So I packed up my bag and headed for Cold Stone. My fix?--Cake batter with graham crackers and twix.

This cup was literally the best thing I've had in my life.
An hour later, my appetite was at it again. I wasn't even hungry but I was CRAVING something carb-y. So I whipped up some fried brown rice with onion and red pepper sauce. For protein, I added a slice of cheese (eaten SEPARATELY of course)

Hopefully that'll tie me over for the rest of the night. Tomorrow I defintely pledge to be healthier!
